HELP

so apparently i am a little slow! i have been trying to upload videos onto my blog for some time now and it is NOT WORKING! not to mention driving me nuts! There used to be a video icon next to the picture icon but that no longer exists.  so if you wise ones know how to accomplish such a task please comment and leave instructions:) thanks for much for helping me and my specialness..
